Check the FLASHBACK Status Using V$DATABASE View

 

The V$DATABASE view contains information about the database, including whether Flashback is enabled.

SELECT flashback_on
FROM v$database;

• If Flashback is enabled, the result will show:

  
  YES
  

• If Flashback is not enabled, it will show:

  
  NO
